Role Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to help architect and build the next generation of our AI-powered insurance platform. You’ll work across the stack to design modern, responsive web applications, scalable microservices, integrations, and APIs—delivering seamless experiences for agents and policyholders while modernizing traditional insurance workflows. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Business, Data, Finance, and Operations teams to scale operational effectiveness in our high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

• Design AI-Powered Systems : Architect agentic AI workflows to automate and innovate solutions for insurance agents and customers
• Develop Microservices : Use Java, Spring-based microservices architecture to build out loosely coupled and scalable components
• Integration Engineering : Integrate with other insurance systems and provide APIs to be consumed by frontend applications
• Design scalable frontend architecture with modular components and minimal technical debt
• Design and develop intuitive, high-performance enterprise web applications using Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and related technologies
• Monitoring Implementation : Implement monitoring and observability solutions to understand system health
• Quality Assurance : Implement component, integration, and end-to-end test cases to automate testing
• Data Engineering : Participate in data engineering tasks like data migration and ETL processes
• Build responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across devices and browsers
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Technical Documentation : Document solution architecture and design considerations
