We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Master's Level Clinician (Limited License acceptable) for an ongoing contract at the Marquette Branch Prison! If you have experience in a program similar to ours and meet the requirements, we encourage you to apply.

Position Details :

  • Shifts : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday-Friday.
  • Weekend Requirement : No weekends.
  • Pay Rate : $60.00 / hour
  • Contract Length : Ongoing

Requirements :

  • Education & License : Must hold a master's level degree and have an active license. A limited license is acceptable.
  • Experience : Previous experience is required and should be relevant to the specific program offered at this facility.
  • Certifications : Must have a BLS certification from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
  • Vaccine Status : COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position.
  • Scrub Color : You can wear any color scrubs except navy blue.

    • Job Duties :

    As a Master's Level Clinician, you will be responsible for providing a range of clinical services to a diverse population. Your duties will include :

  • Therapeutic Interventions : Providing individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Assessments : Conducting comprehensive psychological and behavioral assessments to determine patient needs.
  • Treatment Planning : Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Documentation : Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
  • Case Management : Coordinating care with other healthcare providers, social workers, and community resources.
  • Crisis Intervention : Responding to and de-escalating crisis situations.
  • Collaboration : Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

    • Interviews will be conducted via Teams or in-person , depending on the facility's preference.

    If you are selected, orientation will take place at the facility from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday.

    Start dates are on a Monday at the beginning of a state pay period.
