Sonoran Roots is looking for multiple motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Production Staff (Contractors), working alongside our production teams (trimmers, packagers, harvesters, and cultivators).

ABOUT THE POSITION :

We are seeking qualified independent contractors with experience in the cannabis industry. Contractors will have flexibility in their schedule, work in multiple departments, and attend shifts at each facility. A qualified contractor will be communicative regarding their flexible schedules, prepared for new experiences, and willing to travel to and train in various departments.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - PRODUCTION STAFF :

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

Additional Qualifications (Preferred) :

Job Type : Starting Contract, 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, occasional weekend availability.

Pay Rate : From $15.00 per hour

Ability to commute / relocate : Mesa and Tempe

Willingness to travel : 25% (Preferred)

Work Location : In person

Criminal background check will be performed; most marijuana-related crimes will not negatively impact an application.
