Key Responsibilities

Design and implement data pipelines and integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud One to enable real-time and batch data movement.

Build and enhance Agentforce capabilities, including :

Auto Summary generation

Next Best Action (NBA) recommendations

Lead the integration of NICE CXOne with Salesforce to enable omnichannel customer engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to define and deliver scalable solutions.

Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all integrations.

Troubleshoot and optimize performance across systems and interfaces.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Agentforce.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and data ingestion / movement strategies.

Experience with NICE CXOne or similar contact center platforms and their integration with CRM systems.

Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and OmniStudio tools.

Strong understanding of customer engagement workflows, AI-driven recommendations, and real-time data processing.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio Developer).

Experience with Einstein AI, Auto Summarization, or Next Best Action frameworks.

Familiarity with API management, event-driven architectures, and data orchestration tools.
