This role focuses on audience management, handling production launches, monitoring deliverability, overseeing automated campaigns, and executing a process for proofing campaign variations prior to launch. The ideal candidate will possess experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in an agency environment or other professional services environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Audience Development : Develop and manage audience segments using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Data Extensions, SQL queries and Journey entry / exit criteria. Ensure accurate and relevant audience targeting based on campaign objectives and customer data.
• Data Management : Manage data extensions, queries, A / B testing and Test / Control groups.
• Campaign Proofing : Develop and execute a process for delivering "proofs" of every campaign touch variation to internal (agency) and external (client) stakeholders. Follow agency best practices. Develop campaign test data and maintain proofing lists.
• Production Launches : Oversee deployment of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and successful launches. Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during deployment.
• Deliverability : Manage Email Channel configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Ensure proper use of Sender Profiles (marketing or transactional). Manage Sender Reputation (consistent sending patterns, feedback from ISPs). Experience with a deliverability platform like Validity a plus.
• Triggered Sends : Set-up and manage triggered sends to automate real-time responses based on customer actions.
• Reporting : Generate campaign performance reports to monitor operations. Track key metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to measure campaign success.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (strategists, designers, account leads and project managers) to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.

This range is specific to NYC and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to : skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
