Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead operations at a busy Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This is a contract role (813 weeks) with the opportunity to make a significant impact on workflow, compliance, and patient care.

Position Details : Start Date : ASAP

Term : 813 weeks

Schedule : 1st shift, MondayFriday. Shift will fall between 7 : 00am7 : 00pm. (PICs typically work 1 weekend per month .)

Volume : ~1,000 prescriptions daily

Staff : 10 Pharmacists on-site + 4 off-site consultant pharmacists

System : QS1 (transitioning to Frameworks within the next month)

Pay : $65 / hr

Responsibilities :

Supervise Staff Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to ensure efficient daily operations

Manage and optimize workflow processes to ensure timely and accurate prescription dispensing

Evaluate systems regularly and implement improvements for efficiency, safety, and compliance

Oversee CII ordering, inventory control, and dispensing to maintain compliance with State and Federal regulations

Maintain 797-compliance program, including training, documentation, and updates as required

Requirements :

Active and clear Minnesota Pharmacist license

Minimum 2+ years of recent LTC pharmacy experience

Minimum 2+ years of recent pharmacy management experience
