Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Virginia Beach, VA

Clinic-Based | Full-Time | In-Person Role

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE), our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps children with autism develop meaningful skills and independence. Our clinic-based environment promotes collaboration, professional growth, and a balanced, supportive workplace for clinicians.

Position Details

  • Setting : Clinic-based (Virginia Beach, VA)
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, consistent weekday hours (in-person)
  • Status : Full-time
  • Reports To : Clinical Director
  • Compensation : $80,000 – $100,000 per year, based on experience and certification

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and trainees to ensure quality care
  • Provide parent and caregiver coaching to promote skill generalization
  • Monitor and analyze treatment data, adjusting programs as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with BACB and AutismCOE standards
  • Participate in team meetings, providing clinical input and fostering collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory guidelines
  • Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Eligible for or holding a Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
  • Experience working with children with autism in a clinical setting
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
