Physical Therapist

Position Summary :

As the Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering quality care so that the patient’s needs and expectations are exceeded. You will be responsible for looking at the body as a whole and assisting in the creation of treatment plans for our patients to receive the most comprehensive care. You will be an essential piece of the integrated clinic and will work in tandem to collaborate with medical professionals to result in the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes.

Performance Objectives :

• Attend all clinic meetings
• Perform physical therapy examinations
• Overseeing and co-managing care with our Physical Therapy Assistants and Techs.
• Distribute orthopedic bracing
• Monitor and initiate hands-on ordered exercise programs based on written orders
• Educate the patient on the services provided in the clinic
• Consistently offer the highest level of personalized customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude
• Recognize and acknowledge when patients improve and reach goals
• Assist in the recruitment of new patients through internal and external lead-generating activities
• Engage in effective communication with clinical as well as administrative staff to ensure a seamless flow of production to allow for increased growth of the company’s services delivered to meet the strategic objective of the company
• Ensure all patient care is focused on an upstream medical philosophy (prevention and function-based) instead of a downstream one (symptom-based)

Education & Experience :

Doctorate of Physical Therapy ( required)

Physical Therapy Experience  (no required)

Licensure / Certification :

Illinois PT License  (required)

CPR Certification  (preferred)

BLS Certification ( preferred)

Physical Requirements :

Occasional travel to local meetings and training may be required.

$85,000 + depending on experience
