Physical Therapist Clinic Director or Lead Physical Therapist

Be part of something from the ground up! We are opening our first clinic location this December and seeking a licensed Kansas Physical Therapist to join us as either a Clinic Director or Lead Physical Therapist. The clinic owner will be highly involved in day-to-day growth, providing strong support and collaboration as we establish our footprint in the community. This is a 100% outpatient practice in a clinic just shy of 2,100 sq ft, with plans to grow to a 5-provider clinical team. You'll have the opportunity to shape patient care, lead community outreach efforts, and even help open a second location in the future.

Compensation & Benefits

• Physical Therapist : up to $100,000 (DOE)
• Clinic Director : up to $110,000 (DOE)
• Full-time salary paid regardless of daily patient volume.
• Health Insurance Stipend or employer-provided benefit (in process).
• 401(k) with 4% match (match begins immediately; eligibility after 1 year).
• Unlimited Continuing Education (in-house and external).
• Laptop provided for documentation (EMR : Prompt).
• Paid Federal Holidays (7 total).
• Paid Vacation : 3 weeks (15 business days).

Pre-Opening Work

Prior to clinic opening, receive a 1099 stipend of $1,000 / month to assist with layout planning, marketing, and startup preparation.
