Manager-Campus Services Operations

About the Role : Plans, organizes, coordinates, supervises and manages the daily activities of the Campus Services Resource Center (CSRC) and coordinates with the Facilities, Maintenance, Clinical Engineering and EVS departments with Work Order (WO) requests and Preventative Maintenance documentation. Maintains quality of service and functions as a liaison between the Department, Administration and other Hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develops, reviews, and writes policies of standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Evaluates workloads and audits data base.
  • Researches new enhancements, accessories and software to maintenance management.
  • Acts as a liaison between various hospital departments.
  • Oversees the maintenance of records; prepares correspondence and reports as appropriate to communicate status, success and deficiencies in operation.
  • Supervises assigned staff and prepares work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, and to accommodate patient and departmental needs in assigned areas on 24-hour basis.
  • Helps to prepare and monitor the budget for area of responsibility.

Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience : 5-7 years of related experience
