Overview

FMTC Safety is a full-service safety training company offering high quality safety training for Offshore (OPITO), Maritime (STCW), Wind (GWO), and Industry. This is a full-time on-site role located in Youngsville, Louisiana for a Safety Training Instructor. The instructor will conduct courses for all levels of safety training. Hours : Monday - Friday 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM. Benefits include : Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct safety training courses for OPITO, STCW, GWO, and related programs as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Instructional experience in OPITO approved Water Survival / HUET / Sea Survival, Fire and / or Emergency First Aid training is a plus but not required.
  • An Open Water SCUBA Certification, offshore or maritime background is a plus but not required.
