Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Review and pre-screen candidates.
• Coordinate, schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate data and reporting is reflected.
• Assist in the updating of job descriptions and postings across various platforms.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and improve the overall efficiency of hiring practices.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of materials and scheduling orientation sessions

Skills & Qualifications

A High School diploma is required, two years of recruiting experience is required, preferably in healthcare and home health services.

Proven written and verbal communication skills.

High emotional intelligence and the ability to work well with others.

Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with applicant tracking systems.

Possible work experience in past human resources functions is a plus.

The ability to maintain continuity in the recruitment process until the candidate is onboarded.

Job Type : Part-Time

Salary : $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
