A company is looking for a Scheduling & Timecard Administrator / Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage timekeeping functions, including schedule entry, time off requests, and payroll accuracy

Communicate with staff and coordinate schedules while addressing timekeeping-related inquiries

Organize and maintain tracking spreadsheets and ensure timely completion of all scheduling and payroll tasks

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or scheduling of hourly employees

Experience using Kronos for scheduling and timekeeping is preferred

Experience working in a healthcare setting, specifically with nurses and surgical technicians is preferred

Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and organization

Ability to work every other Sunday to support payroll processes
