Job Title : Otolaryngologist (ENT)
Job Type : Permanent (Full-Time)
Location : Mountain Home, AR
Service Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient Otolaryngology
Clinical Shift Schedule : Standard clinic hours
On-Call Shift Schedule : Weekend call 1 : 3 TEAM INFORMATION
Current Team : - 2 Otolaryngologists - 1 Allergist - 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - 1 Audiologist

Surgical Locations : - Main Operating Room - Outpatient Surgery Center

Hospital Privileges Required : Yes

Credentialing Timeline : TBD

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

Certifications : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

Experience : Open to experienced physicians and new graduates

Other Qualifications : - Strong clinical skills in ENT diagnosis, procedures, and surgeries - Effective communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care for pediatric and adult patients

Perform ENT-related procedures and surgeries in both hospital and outpatient settings

Participate in 1 : 3 weekend call rotation

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including allergists and audiologists

Contribute to the growth and expansion of a busy ENT practice
