Medical Device Sales Specialist (San Francisco Bay Area)

Synergy Surgical LLC is a medical device distributor specializing in surgical specialties including craniomaxillofacial, orthopedic, spine, and cardiothoracic. The company has offices in the San Francisco East Bay area, Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex, and Austin, TX. The principals bring a wealth of 55 years of combined medical sales experience from various companies.

Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Specialist role at Synergy Surgical LLC located in the San Francisco Bay Area but with the territory mainly focused on the South Bay and Peninsula. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for our Acumed CMF and Chest Wall products. The day to day activites will include surgical case coverage, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and growth, conducting training sessions, and managing sales processes.

Acumed is a full product line Craniomaxillofacial company with Headquarters in Dallas, TX and Portland, OR.

This is an OR based sales position within the highly competitive medical device arena. Previous slaes experience is required and experience within medical sales is preferred.

• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, RN considered.

Salary / Commission

Compensation with be based on experience and qualifications.

There will be a 6 month guaranteed salary that is evaluated at 6 months with a possible extension to 1 year based on performance.

The starting yearly salary is between $90,000 and $120,000 based on experience and evaluation of talent.

The position will tranition to commission based either at 6 months, 1 year or upon commission exceeding the guarantee.
