We are looking for an experienced Financial Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term consulting basis. This position will play a pivotal role in transforming financial systems and processes, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and ensure accurate financial reporting. Based in Menlo Park, California (3 days / week onsite), this role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives within a dynamic and evolving business environment.

Our client is requiring proficiency in Oracle Cloud as a requirement. You should have experience with UAT (user acceptance testing) with a newly implemented Oracle Cloud system. This role begins as soon as October 6, 2025. Please apply today!

Responsibilities :

Take the lead on Oracle Cloud by driving hands-on systems integration, optimization, and enhancements across finance functions.

Transform core processes —record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash—through innovative Oracle Cloud solutions.

Partner with IT and business teams to design, implement, and maintain integrated systems that deliver measurable impact.

Own execution from requirements gathering and documentation to user acceptance testing and training, ensuring smooth system rollouts.

Deliver clarity and alignment with regular updates, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication.

Champion continuous improvement by applying deep Oracle Cloud expertise and staying on top of emerging technologies.

Oracle Cloud Mastery : Hands-on expertise in integrating, optimizing, and enhancing Oracle Cloud to transform core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).

Financial Systems Leadership : Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain integrated financial systems that streamline operations and deliver measurable impact.

UAT Proficiency : Skilled in developing test scripts, conducting user acceptance testing, and leading training to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
