A mission-oriented, independently operated health system is seeking a Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician to work in Indianapolis

Benefits : Family Medicine Physician

  • Base salary $225,000 - $235,000 / year + productivity bonus most providers make over $300,000 / year
  • Comprehensive benefits package - health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and more
  • 401K Retirement Plan (3% after 90 days)
  • STD / LTD / Life Insurance Employer Paid
  • Over 6 weeks of time off per year 4 weeks PTO, 8 holidays, and 5 CME days
  • $3,500 for CME
  • $25,000 sign on bonus paid on receipt of signed contract
  • Relocation assistance
  • Professional Expenses Paid : IN license & controlled substance license, DEA, hospital staff dues, managed care fees
  • Loan Repayment : NHSC eligible site with HPSA Score = 21; extra available for SUD interest / work
  • Malpractice : FTCA

    • About this role : Family Medicine Physician

  • Position is open due to a retiring physician
  • 4 Day workweek possible
  • 20-24 patients per day average
  • Joining a team of 4 (1 NP, 1 IM, 1 Peds, and 1 Behavioral)
  • Call : 1 : 12 or better. Backup call to nurse triage service averaging 1 weekday every 2-3 weeks and one weekend every 2-3 months
  • Providers desiring to do procedures are welcome
  • Teaching opportunity if desired (extra income). Medical students, residents, NP / PA academic options.

  • BC / BE Family Medicine Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician
  • IN Licensed or in Process
  • J1 and H1B accepted
  • Open to new grads (2024 & 2025)
