Hybrid role - 3 days in 2 days remote-

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing effective legal representation with an emphasis on criminal defense and civil defense cases. This role will involve researching legal precedents, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and filing legal documents for criminal and civil cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in case preparation and strategy development
• Communicate case updates and legal advice clearly to clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other legal professionals
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect client cases
