Location : Los Angeles, CA

Schedule : Full-Time | Hybrid

Experience Level : Mid-Level (4+ Years)

Compensation : $260,000 – $390,000 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

Take the lead on legal research and analysis for high-impact commercial litigation matters

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence that turn heads (and win cases)

Shape and execute litigation strategy alongside experienced partners

Handle discovery, manage document reviews, and take or defend depositions

Participate in trial prep, hearings, arbitrations—and show up ready to win

Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and courts with poise and professionalism

Mentor junior associates and collaborate with teammates

Stay current on laws and trends to keep your edge

Contribute to business development and client relationship building

Get involved in firm life—your voice matters here

What We’re Looking For

J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school

Active CA Bar membership (or ability to waive in)

4+ years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm or in-house legal department

Top-notch legal writing and analytical skills

Experience drafting motions, managing discovery, and participating in litigation strategy

Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills

Team-player attitude with the ability to work independently when needed

Extra Credit If You Have

Big Law experience or a judicial clerkship under your belt

Knowledge of e-discovery tools and workflows

Familiarity with areas like IP, securities, contract disputes, or class actions

A second language—especially Mandarin, Spanish, or Korean
