Assistant Leader
The Assistant Leader is a supporting position to the General Manager and is responsible for achieving financial goals related to general store operations.
- Practice and enforce the company principles and mission statement.
- Practice and enforce the company policies.
- Report to work on time with a positive attitude and be ready to work.
- Follow established procedures and policies as set forth by your Team Leader.
- Complete all tasks as efficiently as possible and in a prioritized order that is best for our customers and team members.
- Have paperwork and the deposit completed daily by 10 : 00 a.m., although paperwork should never interfere with offering excellent customer service.
- Maintain budget and employee records, prepare payroll, monitor book keeping records, total receipts and balance against sales and deposit receipts.
- Securely maintain personal records.
- Securely maintain the surveillance system and computer systems
- Prepare labor schedules
- Execute marketing programs
- Oversee and execute systems
- Continually train your team and properly document training
- Be willing and able to work and perform any duty within the store.
- Communicate with your Team Leader to share ideas and make plans to improve sales and operations.
- Physical demands - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Regularly required to stand, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, walk, and stoop.
- Assist co-team members in excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized store.
