As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment within a bustling retail and mall location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols of assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff. You will actively engage with the public, respond to requests for assistance, and communicate important information as needed. This position requires adherence to Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and innovation, while always putting people first and working collaboratively with your team. As this is a driving post, you will also be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties, following all Allied Universal driver policy requirements. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
