STARC Systems, a nationally recognized leader in the construction building products industry and one of Maine’s fastest growing companies for industrial temporary modular wall systems, has an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Operations Solutions Analyst to join their team in Brunswick, Maine !
We’re looking for a curious, hands-on Solutions Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the tools and processes that power our Sales and Marketing engines. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving puzzles, connecting business needs with technical solutions, and isn’t afraid to get into the weeds to make things work better, faster, and smarter.

Requirements of the Revenue Operations Solutions Analyst :
3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analyst or similar role in a B2B or fast-growing environmentSolid understanding of sales and marketing processes and process-mapping—lead routing, pipeline stages, campaigns, handoffs, and everything in betweenExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a must) and GTM apps such as CPQ tools, LeanData and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or the like)Strong analytical chops and comfortable with data, process mapping, and system designExcellent communication skills—you can talk “business” and “tech” and make sure everyone’s on the same pageA growth mindset : you like trying new approaches, iterating quickly, and learning as you goResponsibilities of the Revenue Operations Solutions Analyst :
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to understand their goals and translate them into system solutions by turning business requirements into clear functional specs and solution recommendationsProcess Enablement & Automation : Translate business needs into system workflows and automation, helping reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiencyProject Execution : Support new tool implementations, system migrations, and process improvements, ensuring GTM teams have the tools they need to succeedTool Adoption & Enablement : Proven ability to maximize ROI from GTM tools by performing routine audits, leading onboarding, and ensuring strong user adoption through continuous support and educationDocumentation & Training : Create clear documentation for system processes and provide training or enablement to end users as neededDig into our CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot / Marketo / etc.) to streamline workflows, clean up data, and build scalable processesIdentify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the revenue funnel to streamline workflows and improve operational effectivenessOwn testing, rollouts, and change management for new features and enhancementsBuild reports and dashboards that give stakeholders visibility into adoption, usage, and performanceKeep an eye on industry trends and new tools that could give our go-to-market teams an edgeSTARC Systems is a category-leader and innovator that is helping to raise safety standards and simplify contractors’ complex projects.
