Your Role

As an RN in our Surgery department, you will play a vital role in providing both direct and indirect patient care. Your responsibilities will include :

• Utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to meet the needs of patients and their families.
• Communicating effectively with the healthcare team about changes in patient conditions or responses to treatment.
• Performing patient care for individuals of all ages, ensuring their unique needs are met.
• Assisting physicians with procedures and utilizing your technical and manual skills.
