Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

Maintain high-quality workmanship on commercial service job sites

Report to after-hours emergency plumbing calls

Clearly communicate costs to customers in both verbal and written formats

Use company vehicle to travel to job sites

Procure necessary job materials and maintain stock of supplies in company vehicle

Create customer invoices and handle payment collection

Complete and submit all required documentation using ServiceTitan

Efficiently manage time and work independently

Collaborate with in-office team and customers

Prioritize safety at all times

Maintain equipment and service vehicle

Qualifications

Must have Oregon State Journeyman's Plumbing License

Diverse experience in both commercial and residential plumbing

Proficient in handling service calls

Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional 5 Star Customer Service

Excellent communication skills; verbal & written

Must have a valid and current driver's license - must be insurable

Able to read, write & speak English

Comfortable with using technology such as smartphones / tablets, GPS & email

Capable of working in tight spaces

Be able to lift / move 50lbs

Legally authorized to work in the United States
