Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customersMaintain high-quality workmanship on commercial service job sitesReport to after-hours emergency plumbing callsClearly communicate costs to customers in both verbal and written formatsUse company vehicle to travel to job sitesProcure necessary job materials and maintain stock of supplies in company vehicleCreate customer invoices and handle payment collectionComplete and submit all required documentation using ServiceTitanEfficiently manage time and work independentlyCollaborate with in-office team and customersPrioritize safety at all timesMaintain equipment and service vehicleQualifications
