This role is primarily responsible for the accounting of National Fountain QTG inventory and waste reporting, in addition to foodservice distributor deductions in accordance with GAAP and PepsiCo's accounting policies. The Analyst is also responsible for performing periodic close activities, account reconciliations, SOX controls, balance sheet analytics and KPMG requests.

Responsibilities

Duties and Accountabilities :

• Prepare and record periodic journal entries for National Fountain and Volume reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations for Pepsi Distributor Partnership (PDP), Enterprise Promotion Management (EPM) and A / R Clearing.
• Support distributor deductions review and clearance, working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and Shared Services.
• Prepare periodic National Fountain sales mix analysis, supporting Assoc. Manager and period-end performance report tie-out and flash.
• Prepare reporting and analytics for periodic Balance Sheet Review.
• Prepare Q-Schedules for Inventory.
• Support KPMG and BPC audit requests and inquiries to ensure completion on a timely basis.
• Assist internal and external partners with ad-hoc reporting as needed.
