Description :

We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our team.

The position involves working nights on a block schedule.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

First-time travelers are accepted.

Preferred certifications include ARDMS, ARDMS AB, ARDMS RVT, ARRT R, and BLS.

The work setting will involve caring for adults, as well as patients in emergency, ICU, and NICU.

Skills required include experience in emergency, ICU, vascular, abdomen ultrasound, first trimester OB, and portable ultrasound.

Our patient age groups range from neonates to geriatrics.

Weekend work will be required.

Holiday work is also mandatory if it falls on scheduled days.

The facility is a teaching hospital and has been recognized multiple times for excellence.

Candidates will float within their scope to meet facility needs if necessary.

Local candidates must reside more than 75 miles away from the facility.

Drug screening is required, and positive results will lead to cancellation of the assignment.

References are needed from the past year, including at least one from a supervisor.

Candidates must have no gaps in employment greater than 90 days in the past year.

Completion of compliance modules is required prior to the start date.
