Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment processes, including pre-screening candidates and preparing employment documents
Coordinate with U.S. HR and legal consultants on employee grievances and policy updates
Assist the U.S. finance department with business operations and vendor management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, management, operations, or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of human resource experience
Experience in remote, international, multicultural, and multilingual settings preferred
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Verifiable experience in recruiting, hiring, and managing employee-related processes
