This is not a passive front desk role — we need someone who can confidently engage with clients, answer calls with a strategy, and help patients commit to ongoing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

This is not a passive front desk role — we need someone who can confidently engage with clients, answer calls with a strategy, and help patients commit to ongoing treatment plans.

  • Answer inbound calls, educate clients on services, and convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Greet patients, provide a premium experience, and offer next-step treatment options.
  • Conduct post-treatment check-ins with patients to reinforce results and suggest maintenance packages.
  • Manage schedules, follow up with leads, and track conversions in our system.
  • Collaborate with providers to ensure excellent patient experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of direct sales experience in a med spa, salon, dental office, fitness studio, or another client-facing business where upselling and converting leads was part of the job.
  • Proven ability to hit sales targets and work with commission structures.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills; comfortable handling objections and promoting treatment packages.
  • Professional, polished, and reliable.
  • Comfortable working with scripts, tracking leads, and following up consistently.

    • Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Pay : $20 / hr.
  • Retail Products : 5% commission on skincare / product sales.
  • Services & Packages : 7% commission on laser packages and treatment bundles sold.
  • Bonus Potential : Additional performance-based bonuses for hitting monthly client conversion targets.
