About the role :
The VP of Strategic Accounts Grocery, Mass & Club is accountable for leading Diageo's largest customer grouping, encompassing 23 national and regional retailers representing ~$1.3B in RSV. The role is responsible for delivering the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), driving sustained share growth, and ensuring the consistent delivery against all performance commitments.
As the senior commercial leader, the VP cultivates deep customer relationships, inspires and coaches a high-performing team, and sets the standard for executional excellence across the channel. This leader fosters a culture of ownership, speed, agility, and imagination, ensuring Diageo is positioned as the strategic partner of choice while shaping the future of the Grocery, Mass, and Club channel through bold insights, breakthrough programming, and scalable commercial solutions.
