What We Do

We are seeking a Certified Paralegal to perform substantive legal work under the guidance and supervision of an attorney. The role involves preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and compiling data from various sources such as digests, encyclopedias, and practice manuals. The paralegal will draft contracts related to leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, employment, and other legal matters. Responsibilities also include maintaining files for annual meetings, drafting related documents such as notices, proxies, affidavits of mailings, agendas, ballots, shareholders, and director's minutes. The role may involve client contact to explain documents or gather and provide information.

What You'll Do :

• Collect and collate legal research and information from various sources.
• Perform research and analysis on data related to business issues.
• Assist in the research and preparation of pleadings, court forms, reports, and contracts.
• Support attorneys in preparing legal documents.
• Compile data from legal digests, encyclopedias, and practice manuals.
• Draft and edit contracts, leases, licenses, insurance policies, and corporate documents.
• Draft documents for corporate meetings, including notices, proxies, affidavits, and ballots.
• Provide administrative support to the legal department.

What You'll Bring :

Pay Range : $37.82 - $50.41 Hourly

Note : This hiring range is an estimate of the base pay at the time of posting. Actual pay depends on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
