The Opportunity

As a Commercial Roofing Foreman , you’ll play a key leadership role in the daily operations of our roofing crews. You’ll lead by example, overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and mentoring team members to deliver top-quality work.

This is a hands-on, field-based position ideal for an experienced roofing professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, communication, and teamwork. You’ll work closely with project managers, superintendents, and clients to ensure that every job is done right — on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and train roofing crews, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and respect.
• Assign daily tasks, manage crew performance, and monitor progress on all phases of roof installation and repair.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings to reinforce proper procedures and hazard awareness.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to company standards.
