Schedule Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts from 19 : 00 to 07 : 00, every third weekend, and holidays as needed. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation to provide specialized care for patients with rehabilitation needs, including post-stroke, aneurysm recovery, and spinal cord injuries. Responsibilities Provide care to patients in an acute inpatient rehab setting. Assist with medications and manage IV therapy, including administration of blood products. Conduct patient assessments and evaluations (CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injury). Implement mobilization techniques and assist with the application of prostheses. Monitor vital signs and perform laboratory draws and results interpretation. Educate patients and families on care plans and rehabilitation processes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of acute care rehab experience. Current BLS certification preferred. Experience with Epic charting system. Ability to interpret laboratory results and conduct medication reconciliation. Experience handling patients with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and post-craniotomy care is preferred.
