We seek a Marketing Advisor to join our team, shaping all of our agents' marketing and branding projects from concept to execution. This team provides vital project management, strategic support, and empowers agents to achieve their marketing goals. You will deliver value that makes clients' marketing efforts more efficient, less time-consuming, and more impactful, collaborating with stakeholders to create strategies that positively affect the agent experience on a broad scale.

Please note : this role is 100% in-office, split between our Santa Barbara and Montecito offices.

Responsibilities include :

  • Supporting execution of marketing initiatives for a varied portfolio of real estate agents to foster business growth and satisfaction.
  • Managing the creation of custom marketing needs, including overseeing design workflows, liaising with vendors, communicating with agents, and tracking campaign success / metrics.
  • Developing marketing strategies across channels such as branding, print, digital, social media, direct mail, video, and paid media.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on market performance, client needs, Compass tools, and regional nuances.
  • Building relationships with empathy, handling objections effectively, and maintaining excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Organizing and assembling creative materials using InDesign.
  • Providing personalized experiences for agents, including recognition and targeted marketing strategies.
  • Inspiring and empowering team members with a positive approach to change.

Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of marketing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategies and channels.
  • Proven project management skills with adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Passion for marketing and technology.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.

    • Compensation and Benefits :

    The salary range is $65,000-$70,000 annually, with potential bonuses and stock options, along with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
