We are seeking a Property Manager who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors! Location : Gregg Court located in Rocky Mount, North Carolina Education : Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Qualifications :

• Minimum two years' property management experience required.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD / Section 8 and affordable housing regulations preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must have working knowledge of computer or tablet software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effectively read and interact with community residents.
