Breakfast Attendant

Breakfast Coordinator - Homewood Suites New Brighton

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 5 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 AM (30 hours / week)

Wage : $17.00 / hour

We are looking for a reliable, guest-focused Breakfast Coordinator to lead our morning breakfast service. This position is perfect for someone with a cooking background who enjoys both kitchen work and guest interaction.

Position Details :

Primary hours are Monday through Friday, 5 : 00 AM to 11 : 00 AM (30 hours / week).

Opportunity to increase to 32 hours / week by staying until 12 : 00 PM two days / week to assist with additional kitchen cleaning.

Full-time (40 hours / week) options available by incorporating additional responsibilities such as :

Assisting in laundry after 11 : 00 AM

Picking up an occasional weekend shift

Helping with our Wednesday evening social

Other tasks based on availability

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare, cook, serve, and clean up a buffet-style breakfast (with manager assistance during service).

Maintain a daily breakfast menu that includes scrambled eggs, two meat options, and one starch—all prepared using freezer-to-oven methods.

Schedule and coordinate the breakfast attendant team.

Train new breakfast staff after completing your own training.

Set monthly menus based on Hilton’s Menu Tracks system.

Manage kitchen stock levels and coordinate food orders.

Flex between front-of-house (guest-facing) and back-of-house (kitchen) duties.

Qualifications :

Prior cooking or kitchen experience required.

Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.

Comfortable interacting with guests; excellent communication and customer service.

Ability to work early mornings consistently.
