  • End Date : January 5, 2026\n
  • Shift : 12-hour day shifts (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM), call required\n
  • Hours per Week : 36\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1680-$1800\n
  • Patient Ratio : 1 : 3, 1 : 4; 1-2 labor until active labor\n
  • Scrub Color : Navy Blue\n
  • Electronic Medical Record : CPN, MEDHOST\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Texas or compact state)\n
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC required)\n
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification\n
  • AWHONN certification in fetal heart monitoring\n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience\n
  • Must reside more than 50 miles from the healthcare facility\n

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn stages\n
  • Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, including fetal heart rate monitoring\n
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Accurately document patient care and progress in the electronic medical record (EMR)\n
  • Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies and assist during high-risk deliveries\n
  • Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care best practices\n
