Technical Writer - US Residents Only

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear and comprehensive documentation for our products and services, ensuring that complex information is accessible and understandable to our target audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and translate technical concepts into user-friendly content.

Key Responsibilities :

1- Develop and maintain a variety of technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, online help systems, and product specifications.

2- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product features and functionality.

3- Conduct thorough research to gather information for documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

4- Create engaging and easily understandable content that meets the needs of diverse audiences.

5- Edit and proofread documentation to ensure high-quality standards.

6- Organize and manage documentation projects to meet deadlines and deliverables.

7- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance documentation practices.

Qualifications :

1- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.

2- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role

3- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to convey them clearly in writing.

4- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, etc.).

5- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
