We are seeking an experienced and polished Waiter to join our service team at The Field Club of Greenwich. The ideal candidate will bring a refined sense of hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to foster warm, long-term relationships with members and their guests. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and consistency in providing high-level dining experiences that reflect the traditions and standards of the Club.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide gracious, attentive, and personalized service to members and their guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Develop familiarity with members’ preferences and anticipate needs to create a seamless dining experience.
• Guide members through menus, offering informed recommendations on food, wine, and beverage pairings.
• Accurately take and deliver orders, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are communicated and executed with care.
• Maintain polished dining areas, ensuring all tables and service stations are prepared for service.
• Work collaboratively with fellow service staff, chefs, and management to ensure smooth, coordinated service.
• Handle member concerns or requests with the utmost professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Support and mentor newer staff to uphold club service standards.
• Uphold the traditions and culture of the Club through consistency, courtesy, and professionalism.
