Proposal Analyst

A company is looking for a Proposal Analyst to manage the request for proposal (RFP) response timeline and ensure compliance with RFP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire proposal development process, including writing, editing, and project management

Collaborate with business development and operations teams to create compelling proposal responses

Support the proposal process from RFP to submission, including client interviews as needed

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in proposal management

Bachelor's degree

Experience or interest in the energy efficiency / utility industry

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tight timelines

Self-motivated with a desire to learn about proposal content creation
