  • Hours : 7 am - 3 pm
  • Call hours : 3 pm - 7 am
  • Call Scheduled : 1 weekday call per week (combo of primary and secondary) and either 5 pm or 7 pm room per week
  • Types of cases required : General, Ortho(mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB. Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
  • Number of ORs : 6
  • Licensure Requirements : ACLS, BLS, PALS
  • Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days
