Opportunity Description

The Engineering Manager leads Process Engineering, Tooling, Maintenance and Project Engineering for a plastic injection molding facility. There are department managers for each group that will report into this Engineering Leader. This is a tactical and strategic role and true leadership and the ability to help drive change are the key aspects to success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of injection molding
• Experienced leading process engineering, tooling, project engineering and maintenance is a plus
• Capable and experienced developing processes and implementing sustainable standards
• Strengths in leadership, team development and accountability
