  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1570 - $1680\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact state\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg nursing experience\n
  • Ortho nursing experience required; trauma nursing experience preferred\n
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required\n
  • NIH Stroke Certification required\n
  • Ability to float to similar medical-surgical units as needed\n
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills\n
  • Ability to work night shifts and perform shift work\n

  • Deliver patient care using the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation\n
  • Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments\n
  • Develop and maintain individualized nursing care plans\n
  • Administer medications safely and in accordance with hospital policies\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning\n
  • Provide education and support to patients and families\n
  • Advocate for patient safety and participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives\n
  • Float to similar units and assist with rehab patients awaiting beds\n
