Schedule : Tuesday-Saturday, 40-50 hours / week

Your New Role

As an HVAC Service Technician based in Rifle, CO, you’ll cover service areas throughout the Western Slope, from Snowmass to Grand Junction. Your role includes :

Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential / light commercial HVAC systems

Communicating solutions clearly to homeowners, no tech-speak

Recommending upgrades or system improvements

Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Participating in on-call rotations and adapting to a future 4-10s schedule

Being the tech customers ask for by name

3+ years of HVAC experience preferred (flexible at 2.5+)

Hydronics experience required

EPA Certification required

Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no recent major infractions)

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, parts, and diagnostic tools

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Clean, organized, and professional demeanor
