Senior Web Developer

As a member of the Information Services Department, the Senior Web Developer plays a critical role in the full web development lifecycle—from gathering requirements to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for web projects and applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure quality and stability.
- Lead and support deployment of web applications to development, staging, and production environments.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation; ensure database performance and reliability.
- Maintain documentation for code, systems, and processes.
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required; education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Minimum of 7 years overall experience as a Web Developer; proven senior developer experience required.Strong experience with server‑side languages such as C#, .NET.Experience with web server management and deployment; proficiency with front‑end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular).Solid understanding of SQL Server database; familiarity with version control systems (Git).Excellent communication and collaboration skills; strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments preferred; experience integrating APIs and third‑party services preferred.Benefits
