Key Responsibilities
Drive measurement and customer journey analytics across digital and e-commerce channels
Partner with product, marketing, and tech leaders to improve engagement, retention, and revenue
Implement frameworks for A / B testing, funnel optimization, and performance measurement
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading digital or customer analytics teams
Expertise in journey analytics, funnel optimization, and experimentation
Hands-on skills in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, GCP, AWS) and martech stacks
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
