Our client is seeking Paralegal on a contract basis in Dallas Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting attorneys while working toward a potential long-term role with a dynamic legal team.

Paralegal Role :

As a Paralegal, you will provide critical clerical, research, and trial preparation support to attorneys. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a dedicated legal team.

Meeting with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases and projects.

Drafting and filing legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories.

Researching and analyzing statutes, regulations, judicial decisions, and legal sources; preparing written analysis for attorneys.

Interviewing clients and witnesses, preparing summaries of statements.

Organizing and maintaining case files including evidence, exhibits, depositions, and pleadings.

Assisting attorneys with trial preparation, which may include attending trials and hearings.

Tracking and maintaining records of billable hours.

Performing additional duties as assigned.

Paralegal Background Profile :

Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Paralegal certificate required.

Related legal experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and research skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
