Eclipse Community Management is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Association Manager to join our team! This is a fully remote position based in southwest Ohio, with the opportunity to partner with homeowner and condominium associations across the Dayton and Cincinnati metro areas.

As the primary liaison for boards, homeowners, and vendors, you’ll play a vital role in promoting harmony and enhancing property values in the communities we serve. What You’ll Do :

• Manage a portfolio of communities as the go-to contact for boards, residents, and vendors
• Oversee contracts, budgets, and financial health for each association
• Conduct property inspections and follow through on issues
• Guide boards using industry best practices, Ohio statutes, and governing documents
• Prepare and lead meetings, ensuring action items are completed
• Deliver exceptional, responsive service every step of the way
