Job Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our high-performing brand marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the ideal candidate will manage marketing campaigns and projects, work closely with all property departments to support their branding, advertising and marketing needs, manage direct mail campaigns, manage property print and digital signage, work with outside agencies and vendors, and maintain brand standards and usage guidelines. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management :

• Utilize the project management software to manage creative jobs and ensure projects are within budget and deadlines are met.
• Work with the design team to ensure creative meets expectations and are within brand standards.
• Assist with copywriting and editing for design projects as needed.
