Impact

As a Technical Operations Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in architecting and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our operations, with a focus on reliability, automation, and continuous improvement. You'll drive operational excellence by building and refining tools, processes, and best practices that support our development, release management, client onboarding, and incident management functions. This position is vital to ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a streamlined experience to both internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain DevOps tools and pipelines to support robust development and deployment workflows.
• Oversee technical operations across UAT and production environments, including client onboarding, process improvements, incident management, and release documentation.
• Proactively manage incidents from initial response through post-mortem, ensuring clear communication and structured follow-up.
• Develop, automate, and maintain scripts in Python, Bash, or similar languages to support operational tasks.
• Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and containerized environments for efficient, repeatable DevOps processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enforce best practices in code review, approval processes, documentation, and technical operations.
• Integrate and automate incident management workflows, ensuring detailed tracking and reporting of incidents.
• Build dashboards, alerts, and monitoring solutions using observability tools like Grafana to enhance visibility into system performance and health.
• Develop and document processes for releases, onboarding, and incident handling, ensuring a consistent and transparent operational approach.
• Continuously evaluate, automate, and streamline operational tasks, including DevOps, release management, incident management, and onboarding processes.
