Warehouse Associate

Join the SIMOS team! We're hiring full-time Warehouse Associates with at least 6 months of recent warehouse experience. The pay is $15 / hr with weekly pay, benefits after 30 days, PTO, and a $50 referral bonus.

Duties include : loading / unloading shipments, moving and organizing products, sorting / scanning orders, and general warehouse labor.

Shift and Pay :

  • 1st Shift / Morning Shift : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm, $15 / hour
  • Must be able to work overtime

    • Job Responsibilities :

  • Load and unload trucks manually
  • Lift product, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 75 pounds
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to carry, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, and pull
  • Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout your shift, effective communication skills, and teamwork.
  • Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
  • Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
  • Ability to see / hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular / pedestrian traffic
  • Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
  • Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
  • Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

    • Associate Requirements :

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 75 pounds
  • Drug Test
  • Stand for Shift Duration
  • Must be at least 18 years old

    • The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.00 - $15.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
